Policies

AMS has a strict and thorough set of policies that we follow closely to ensure you a pleasant experience.  Please read these carefully before ordering.


1.  We are not responsible for the failure of aquarium equipment such as tanks, power heads, filters, lights, etc.


2.  If we do not maintain your tank (perform maintenance) at least the recommended twice a month, we can not guarantee the stability of your aquatic environment, such as pH, hardness, temperature, and other water chemistry factors.


3.  If after we service your aquatic environment and you feel something is wrong with your fish or a part we serviced (i.e. dead fish or broken filter we cleaned), then you must call us right away (within 1 hour of service) at (706) 296-9496.
