We have the capability to ship our incredible live tropical fish from our 3,500 gallon hatchery directly to your front door using FedEx! Please email us for a shipping quote, as the prices will vary based on location and size of order. Due to the fact that we ship live tropical fish, our fish will only be shipped out overnight, no second day, and no carriers other than FedEx and Delta Cargo.

If delivery is late due to a problem with the carrier or act of God (i.e. blizzard, wrecked truck, and so on), we will not honor the live arrival guarantee, but will do all we can to come up with a solution to the arisen problem
What is a Live Arrival?
Live Arrival means that when the fish show up at your door and you open the box, the fish will be alive and well in the bags. Once the fish bags are opened and the fish are exposed to your water, the guarantee is null and void, and we do not guarantee that the fish will live in your water conditions or not get eaten by other tank mates. All we guarantee is they will be alive when they are dropped off and opened. Should you get a DOA (dead on arrival) fish, please contact us as soon as possible. Be ready to provide digital photo proof to back up your claim.
